This policy covers your legal liability to third party as a result of an accident happening during the period of cover

in connection with your business operations and occurring within the territorial scope.

All sums which you shall become legally liable to pay compensation in respect of:

a) bodily injury (including illness) to any person(s); and/or

b) loss of or damage to property

c) All cost and expenses of litigation
